Rental Pricing & Terms

Muskoka Wimbledon is available to rent during spring, summer, and fall of each year. The minimum required stay is 7 nights during prime season and 3 nights in the off-season.

Stays over 30 days receive a 20% discount.

30 day rate - $61,200 CAD

Nightly Rate - $2995 CAD + HST

Stays over 30 days receive a 20% discount.

30 day rate - $72,000 CAD

Fall 2025

09/23 - 10/31

Nightly Rate - $2546 CAD + HST

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-In: 4:00 PM

Cleaning

  • Standard Cleaning Fee: $400 per stay

  • Weekly Cleaning included for stays over 7 nights:

    • 2 hours of light cleaning + linen change

  • Additional Cleaning available upon request (extra charge)

  • Pet Cleaning Fee: $300 per stay (if applicable)

Optional Add-On Services

To make your stay as seamless and comfortable as possible, we offer a selection of personalized services. These can be arranged prior to your arrival or during your stay with advance notice, and all are subject to additional fees based on the service selected.

  • Pre-Arrival Coordination
    We’ll connect with you before your visit to understand your preferences and ensure everything is just right upon arrival.

  • Fresh Flowers
    Seasonal floral arrangements can be placed throughout the cottage to add a thoughtful, welcoming touch.

  • Wine & Beverage Stocking
    We’re happy to stock the fridge and bar with your favourite wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages upon request.

  • Toiletries & Paper Goods
    The cottage is stocked with essential items to get your stay started — including toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, and premium toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion).
    For longer stays, guests are responsible for restocking these items as needed, or we can coordinate replenishment at an additional cost.

  • Grocery Pre-Stocking
    Submit your grocery list in advance and arrive to a fully stocked fridge and pantry.

  • Housekeeping Service
    For stays longer than 7 nights, a complimentary 2-hour weekly cleaning is included, which provides fresh linens and a light refresh of high-traffic areas.
    While daily cleaning and turn-down service are not available, a full deep clean can be arranged weekly for an additional fee.

  • Child-Friendly Amenities
    A high chair, Pack 'n Play, a toy set, and age-appropriate gear are available upon request.

All services are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Fees vary depending on service type and scope — please contact us to inquire or request a quote.

Terms

Reservation

If the agreement is executed prior to January of the rental year, a deposit of 25% of full Rent amount is due within 48 HOURS of execution of the rental agreement. An additional 25% of the full Rent will be due by January 1 of the rental year. The remaining 50% of the full Rent is due 60 days prior to the rental period.


Cancellation

Cancellations made by Guest(s) up to and including 150 days prior to the rental period are subject to a cancellation fee of $2,000 per month of reservation. Cancellation requests received 61 to 149 days prior to the start of the rental period are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of all Advance Deposits received to date. Cancellations made by Guest(s) less than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, or if the Guest(s) fail to pay the final payment of outstanding Rent by 60 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the Rent (cancellation fees are due within 7 days of cancellation). If the Cottage Property is deemed not rentable (for any reason) by management prior to commencement of the Rental Period then the Agreement will be null and void and all advance deposits will be refunded to the Guest(s) within 7 days of cancellation. No additional refund or damages will be paid to the Guest(s).

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $2500 will be required upon execution of a rental agreement. This deposit will be returned within fourteen days less damages and other costs after the Guest(s) has departed from the Cottage and management has had an opportunity to inspect the property. The remaining funds will be returned to the Guest(s) within fourteen days after departure. In the event that damages and other costs exceed the value of the security deposit, the excess will automatically be invoiced to the Guest(s).

Late Check-outs

Please note that there is a $250 penalty associated with late check-outs.

PET POLICY

We welcome pets at our cottage, but we do have a few guidelines to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.

1. Advance Approval Required

Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Before booking, we must discuss and agree on the type of pet, breed, and any other relevant details. This ensures we can accommodate your pet properly and maintain the quality of our home.

2. Pet Fee

A non-refundable pet fee of $300 is applicable for any stay with pets. This fee helps us cover additional cleaning costs.

3. Furniture Protection

To protect our furniture, we kindly request that pets be kept off the furniture as much as possible. If this isn’t feasible, please bring blankets with you to cover the furniture and prevent any potential damage.

4. Accident Policy

While we understand that accidents can happen, we’ve had issues in the past with pet accidents damaging rugs and furniture. If your pet has an accident that cannot be cleaned, you will be responsible for replacing any damaged rugs or furniture. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining our home.

5. Breach of Agreement

If pets are found on the property without prior approval, or if the type of pet differs from what was agreed upon at the time of booking, this will be considered a breach of the booking agreement. In such cases, guests will be asked to leave the cottage immediately. We appreciate your honesty and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

6. General Care

We trust that your pet is well-behaved and will be treated with care during your stay. Please ensure that your pet does not cause any disturbance to neighbors and is kept under control at all times.
