The main cottage features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. It comfortably accommodates guests with its spacious layout and large windows that provide stunning waterfront views. Complementing the main cottage, the boathouse includes two additional bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bar with an ice maker, and a generous deck, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the surrounding natural beauty. Together, the cottage and boathouse can accommodate up to 12 people, making it an ideal retreat for families and groups. Inside, both kitchens are fully equipped for meal preparation, including knives, cutting boards, small countertop appliances, pots, pans. For added convenience, the pantry and refrigerators can be stocked upon request.

Guests can take advantage of the property's amenities and outdoor spaces, including a tennis court and private walking trails for hiking or cycling, enhancing the outdoor experience. The proximity to the lake allows for various water activities, and the shallow waterfront is ideal for children to play safely. The Perfect Family Getaway

“Our family rented this cottage on Lake Joseph for the summer of 2016. We could not have asked for a better location. The lakefront property proved perfect for any and all types of water activities, from waterskiing to paddle boarding, kayaking....and some good old fashioned swimming. The cottage and boat house were spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. The family enjoyed the occasional bonfire situated up near the main cottage. The tennis court was a hit as well and the back “hitting wall” was an added bonus. The hiking trails around the property were super for both a leisurely walk or nice run. This was a perfect spot for our active family and we all loved our summer of 2016.”
